Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During promotions and the holiday season, please allow up to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States and US territories only.
Shipping rates
Free Economy shipping on all orders to most US states.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Kansas, Kentucky, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Freely Associated States, shipping is based on order weight:
- Up to 1 lb: $5
- 1 to 3 lb: $7
- 3 to 5 lb: $9
- Over 5 lb: $12
- Orders of $110 or more: free
Express shipping is available at checkout for $25. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
After your order ships, Economy delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days and Express typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package is with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Express shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
Lost, damaged or wrong items
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. See our Refund Policy for details.
